Mr. President:

    The State and Local Affairs Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 11, ASSOCIATIONS OF GOVERNMENTS APPROPRIATION, by Senator M. Dmitrich, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 1, Line 6:    After "APPROPRIATING" delete "$55,000" and insert "$385,000 TO THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR DISTRIBUTION IN $55,000 AMOUNTS"

2.    Page 1, Line 7:    After "GOVERNMENTS" delete "FOR A TOTAL APPROPRIATION OF"

3.    Page 1, Line 8:    At the beginning of line 8 delete "$385,000"

4.    Page 1, Line 19:    After "$385,000" insert "to the Department of Community and Economic Development"
