    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 75, IDENTITY FRAUD, by Senator G. Davis, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 4, Line 115:    After "(p)" delete "for any unlawful or deceptive purpose" and insert "with fraudulent intent,"

2.    Page 6, Line 176:    After "signatures" insert "or a private key"

3.    Page 7, Line 184:    After "information" delete "for any unlawful purpose" and insert "with fraudulent intent"
