    The Health and Human Services Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 108, DIABETES TREATMENT AND MANAGEMENT - MANAGED CARE, by Senator H. Nielson, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 2, Line 30
    (Amended on 2
    goldenrod 1-21-2000):    Delete "a nationally accredited program" and insert "an accredited or certified program and referred by an attending physician within the plan and consistent with the health plan provisions for self-management education"

2.    Page 2, Line 43
    (Amended on 2
    goldenrod 1-21-2000):    Delete "sugar" and insert "glucose"
