    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. S.B. 161, RESTRICTIONS ON WEAPONS - ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS, by Senator L. Beattie, with the following amendments:


1. Page 7, Line 192:    After "is guilty of" delete "a class C misdemeanor" and insert " "an infraction"

2.    Page 7, Line 200:    After "violating" delete "Subsections (5) and (6)" and insert "Subsection (7)"

3.    Page 7, Line 202:    After "violating" delete "Subsections (5) and (6)" and insert "Subsection (7)"
