Mr. President:

    The Energy, Natural Resources, and Agriculture Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 248, WILDLIFE LICENSING AMENDMENTS, by Senator L. Blackham, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 12, Line 366:    After "Section 23-19-47;" delete "and" and after line 366 insert the following:

        "(b) money donated to the division for a purpose specified in Subsection (6); and"

2.    Page 13, Line 372:    Delete "(b)" and insert "(c)"

3.    Page 14, Line 410:    After line 410 insert the following:

        "(8) Donations of money deposited into the account and interest earned on that money shall be expended:
        (a) as directed by the donor; and
        (b) without being appropriated by the Legislature."

4.    Page 21, Line 640:    After "used for" insert "temporary" and after "elk" insert "in emergency situations" and after "prevent" insert "or reduce"
