Representative David Ure proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 7, Line 215: After line 215 insert:
"It is the intent of the Legislature that these funds support rural government acquisition of digital geographic data, integrating systems, and supporting activities. Distribution of funds by the Automated Geographic Reference Center will be based on the recommendations developed after consultation with the Rural Partnership Board and the Utah Association of Counties."
