Senator Mike Dmitrich proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 44, Line 1349: After line 1349, insert:
"It is the intent of the Legislature that if the Retirement Board certifies a contribution rate decrease during calendar year 2000, then the Office of Planning and Budget and the Office of Legislative Fiscal Analyst are directed in preparing the 2001-02 budget, to hold the difference in a special reserve to be appropriated by the 2001 Legislature for employee compensation and benefits."
