3. Page 6, Line 175: Delete "$2,000,000" and insert "$3,000,000"
4. Page 7, Line 181: Delete "$297,000" and insert "$300,000" and delete "$1,991,300" and insert "$1,700,000"
5. Page 7, Lines 183-184: Delete lines 183 and 184
Renumber the remaining subsections accordingly.
6. Page 7, Line 193: Delete "$2,000,000" and insert "$4,500,000"
7. Page 7, Line 235: Delete "$2,000,000" and insert "$3,000,000"
