Representative Tom Hatch proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 8, Line 219:    Delete "17.16%" and insert "12.16%"

2.    Page 8, Line 220:    Delete "15%" and insert "20%"

3.    Page 8, Line 221:    After "(iv)" insert:
        "(A) beginning on July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001, 15% to the Mineral Bonus Account created by Section 59-21-2; and
        (B) beginning on July 1, 2001,"

4.    Page 8, Line 223:    After "Section 9-14-102;" reinstate "and"

5.    Page 8, Lines 225-231:    Delete lines 225-231

6.    Page 8, Line 232:    Delete "(c)" and insert "(b)"

7.    Page 8, Line 237:    Delete "32.16%" and insert "29.66%"

         (a) the first $750,000 of distributions required by Subsections (2)(a)(iv) and (2)(b)(iv) into the Rural Electronic Commerce Communications System Fund; and
         (b) any amounts exceeding the $750,000 described in Subsection (4)(a) that would be distributed into the Rural Electronic Commerce Communications System Fund but for this Subsection (4) into the Constitutional Defense Restricted Account. "
