Senator Valentine proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 10:    After "COURT" delete "RECORDS REFLECT" and insert "MAKE APPROPRIATE FINDINGS"

2.    Page 6, Line 156:    After "court" delete "records" and after "shall" delete "reflect" and insert "make appropriate findings in any prosecution under this section"

3.    Page 8, Line 217:    After "court" delete "records"

4.    Page 8, Line 218:    At the beginning of line 218 delete "reflect" and insert "appropriate findings in any prosecution of such a crime"
