Senator Davis proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 9:    After "PUNISHMENT;" delete "AND"

2.    Page 1, Line 12:    After "CRIME" insert "; AND PROVIDING A COORDINATION CLAUSE"

3.    Page 6, Line 152:    After line 152 insert:

        Section 8. Coordination clause.
        If this bill and H.B. 163, Identification Number Fraud, both pass, it is the intent of the Legislature that the amendments in this bill supersede the amendments in H.B. 163.
