Representative Rowan proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 56:    Delete "$20" and insert "$15"

2.    Page 3, Line 74:    At the end of the line, delete "and"

3.    Page 3, Line 77:    After "program" delete the "." and insert "; and"

4.    Page 3, Line 77:    After Line 77, insert:
        "(d) develop and put in place an advertising program to inform the general public of the availability of the program."
