Representative Hickman proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 3, Line 61:    Delete "$6,000,000" and insert "$18,000,000"

2.    Page 3, Line 63:    After "pay" insert ":
        (A) $10,000,000 for all or part of the costs of state highway construction of the Atkinville interchange at mile post 2, Interstate 15; and
        (B) $6,000,000 for"

3.    Page 9, Line 260:    After "infrastructure" insert "on Interstate 80 at 5600 West"
