APPROPRIATION FOR STATEWIDE TRAIL

6 This act appropriates h [ $75,000 ] $50,000 h from the General Fund, for fiscal year 2001-02
6a only, to the
7 Division of Parks and Recreation to develop and coordinate a program for a statewide trail
8 system.
9 This act enacts uncodified material.
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Appropriation.
12 (1) For fiscal year 2001-02 only, there is appropriated h [ $75,000 ] $50,000 h from the
12a General Fund to
13 the Division of Parks and Recreation to develop and coordinate a program for a statewide trail
14 system.
15 (2) The money appropriated in Subsection (1) is nonlapsing.
16 Section 2. Effective date.
17 This act takes effect on July 1, 2001.
