This act modifies the Utah Agricultural Code to repeal the Dairy Advisory Board.
This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
REPEALS:
4-3-15, as last amended by Chapter 276, Laws of Utah 1997
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Repealer.
This act repeals:
Section 4-3-15, Dairy Advisory Board created -- Composition -- Appointment --
Removal -- Compensation -- Responsibilities.
