REAUTHORIZATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE RULES
2001 GENERAL SESSION
STATE OF UTAH

This act is required by the Administrative Rulemaking Act. It reauthorizes all state agency
administrative rules except those enumerated. This act takes effect on May 1, 2001.
This act enacts uncodified material.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Rules authorized.
All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized, except R156-55b-102(2), Commerce,
Occupational and Professional Licensing, Electricians Licensing Rules, Definitions and
Commerce, R156-55C-102(3) Construction Trade Licensing Act, Plumbers Licensing Rules,
Definitions.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act takes effect on May 1, 2001.
