APPROPRIATION FOR UTAH STATE FAIR

6 This act appropriates S [ $7,000,000 ] S $7,400,00 0 s from the General Fund, for fiscal year
6a 2001-02 only, to the
7 Utah State Fair Corporation to construct a multipurpose building. This act takes effect on
8 July 1, 2001.
9 This act enacts uncodified material.
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Appropriation.
12 (1) For fiscal year 2001-02 only, there is appropriated from the General Fund to the Utah
13 State Fair Corporation S [ $7,000,000 ] $7,400,000 s .
14 (2) It is the intent of the Legislature that the appropriation under Subsection (1) shall be
15 used to construct a multipurpose building for the state fair park.
16 (3) The appropriation under Subsection (1) is nonlapsing.
17 Section 2. Effective date.
18 This act takes effect on July 1, 2001.
