DISASTER RELIEF APPROPRIATION

6 This act modifies a chapter entitled "Disaster Relief." This act repeals an obsolete and
7 lapsed appropriation.
8 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
9 REPEALS:
10 63-52a-13, as enacted by Chapter 1, Laws of Utah 1991, Second Special Session
11 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12 Section 1. Repealer.
13 This act repeals:
14 Section 63-52a-13, Appropriation -- Use of money -- Nonlapsing money -- Remaining
15 money to be used upon declaration of a "state of emergency" by governor.
