    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 18, INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR ADULT OFFENDER SUPERVISION, by Representative G. Cox, with the following amendments and recommends it be considered read for the second time and placed on the Consent Calendar.

1.     Page 1, Line 12:    After " July 1," delete " 2002" and insert " 2001"
