    The Government Operations Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 62, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF STATE BUILDINGS, by Representative G. Adair, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 8:    Delete "2%" and insert "1.1%"

2.     Page 2, Line 36:    After "means the" reinstate "replacement cost"

3.     Page 2, Line 37:    Delete "insured value"

4.     Page 3, Line 82:    Delete "2%" and insert "1.1%"
