    The Health and Human Services Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 117, AMENDING THE GROUNDS FOR TAKING A CHILD INTO PROTECTIVE CUSTODY, by Representative T. Hatch, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 8 and 9:    After "circumstances." delete the rest of line 8 and all of line 9

2.      Page 1, Lines 23 and 24:    After "exist" delete "and pose a substantial danger to the physical health or safety of the child"
