    The Transportation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 141, MOTORBOAT DRIVERS LICENSING REQUIREMENTS, by Representative L. Pace, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 37, Line 1126:    Reinstate "traffic" and insert "or motorboat"
