    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 148, CHILD WELFARE - ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION, by Representative A.L. Tyler, with the following amendments and recommends it be placed on the Consent Calendar.


1.    Page 3, Line 76 and 77:    After "of any" delete "settlement agreement and stipulation filed with" and insert " recommendation made to" and after "court " insert "from the family unity conference"
