    The Judiciary Committee recommends H.B. 178, PENALTIES FOR UNDER AGE POSSESSION OF TOBACCO, by Representative C. Saunders, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. H.B. 178, PENALTIES FOR UNDER AGE POSSESSION OF TOBACCO with the following amendments:

1.     Page 3, Lines 62-63:        After "of age" delete "and the court determines that a disposition other than suspension of driving privileges is in the best interest of the person"
