    The Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 237, SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY, by Representative D. Bowman, with the following amendments and recommends it be placed on the Consent Calendar.

1.    Page 2, Line 56:    After "(iii)" delete "committed to a state mental hospital by reason of mental incapacity and the commission or alleged commission" and insert "who is found not guilty by reason of insanity"
