    The Health and Human Services Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 288, INDOOR CLEAN AIR ACT AMENDMENTS, by Representative C. Saunders, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 1, Line 5:    Delete " This act limits the smoking exemptions"

2.    Page 1, Lines 6-9:    Delete Lines 6-9

3.    Page 1, Line 10:    Delete " persons under 19 years of age are not present."

4.    Page 1, Lines 23-26:    Delete the amendments and reinstate the original language by removing the brackets

5.    Page 2, Line 32:    Delete "that are specifically designated and disclosed to customers as "smoking rooms" and delete """

6.    Page 2, Line 36:    Delete "when persons under 19 years of age are not present"
