    The Revenue and Taxation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 313, PROPERTY TAX RELIEF, by Representative A.L. Tyler, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 13, Line 381:    After "commission" insert "by rule"

2.    Page 14, Line 421:    After "shall" bracket "reduce a claimant's property tax liability" and insert "apply the credit in accordance with this section and Section 59-2-1207"

3.    Page 15, Line 449:    After "county" bracket "may" and insert "shall"
