    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee recommends H.B. 335, MECHANICS' LIENS AMENDMENTS, by Representative K. Garn, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. H.B. 335, MECHANICS' LIENS AMENDMENTS with the following amendments:

1. Page 3, Line 82:    After "surety company" insert "which is treasury listed and A-rated by AM Best Company"

2. Page 3, Line 87:    Delete "in the lien" and insert "by the lien claimant"
