    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 337, GOVERNMENTAL LAW AMENDMENTS, by Representative G. Curtis, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 15:    Delete "approves the contract by passing" and insert "has previously passed"

2.    Page 1, Line 16:    After "regarding the" delete "contract" and insert "proposed agreement"

3.    Page 1, Line 17:     After "(a) the" insert "approximate"

4.    Page 1, Line 18:    After "inmate" and before ";" insert ", as determined under Title 63, Chapter 13c, Part 3, Reimbursement of Inmate Costs"

5.    Page 1, Line 19:    After "(c) the" insert "approximate"
