    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 349, UNIFORM PROBATE CODE - POWER OF ATTORNEY AMENDMENTS, by Representative P. Jones, with the following amendments:

1.     Page 1, Line 6:    After " Probate Code" delete the rest of the line
2.     Page 1, Line 7:    Delete line 7    
3.     Page 1, Line 8:    After " act" delete " also"
4.     Page 1, Line 12:    Delete line 12
