    The Judiciary Committee recommends H.B. 383, GOVERNMENT AMENDMENTS REGARDING CONSTABLE SERVICES, by Representative G. Way, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. H.B. 383, GOVERNMENT AMENDMENTS REGARDING CONSTABLE SERVICES with the following amendments:

1.     Page 1, Line 20:    At the beginning of the line after "(2)" delete "Violation of this section is" and insert "Any person who serves process without authority is guilty of"
