Mr. Speaker:

    The Political Subdivisions Committee reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. S.B. 80, COUNTY STATUTES REVISION, by Senator D. Gladwell, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 30, Line 905:    After "(2)" delete the remainder of line 905

2.    Page 30, Line 906:    At the beginning of line 906 delete "(b)" and reinstate "an error has"

3.    Page 30, Line 907:    Reinstate "been made" and delete "a decision is arbitrary, capricious, or illegal"

4.    Page 30, Line 922:    After "violates" delete "an existing" and insert "a" and after "statute" delete "or" and insert a comma and after "ordinance" insert ", or existing law"

5.    Page 39, Line 1193:    After "violates" delete "an" and insert "a"

6.    Page 39, Line 1194:    Delete "existing" and after "statute" delete "or" and insert a comma and after "ordinance" insert ", or existing law"
