    The Education Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 102, MIDDLE SCHOOLS EXIT REQUIREMENTS, by Senator D. Gladwell, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 1, Line 5:    After "by" delete "removing" and insert "modifying"

2.    Page 1, Lines 23-25:    After "remediation program" reinstate the rest of line 23 and lines 24 and 25

3.    Page 1, Line 23:    From the reinstated language on line 23, after "that" insert " local school boards may allow "

4.    Page 1, Line 24:    From the reinstated language in Line 24 after "school" delete "shall" and insert " to "
