    The Transportation and Public Safety Committee recommends S.B. 108, LICENSURE OF MOTOR VEHICLES, by Senator E. Mayne, be replaced and favorably recommends 1st Sub. S.B. 108, LICENSURE OF MOTOR VEHICLES with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 14:    Delete the colon

2.    Page 1, Line 15:    Delete all of line 15

3.    Page 1, Line 16:    Delete "(2)" and delete "he permits to drive" and insert "who drives"
