Mr. President:
The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee recommends S.B. 166, MOBILE HOME PARK RESIDENCY AMENDMENTS, by Senator D. Eastman, be replaced and favorably recommends 1st Sub. S.B. 166, MOBILE HOME PARK RESIDENCY AMENDMENTS with the following amendments:
1. Page 5, Line 146: Delete "$500" and insert "$250" and after "more;" insert "however, if the required repair is estimated to be more than $1,500, the resident and mobile home park owner may make arrangements for a longer period of time in order to meet the conditions of the notice;"
2. Page 6, Line 150: Delete "$500" and insert "$250"
3. Page 7, Line 204: Bracket "the" and insert "registered or certified"
4. Page 7, Line 208: After "through" bracket "the" and insert "registered or certified"
5. Page 9, Line 259: After "(v)" insert "requirements for the"
