Representative Adair proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 4, Line 99
    House Committee Amendments 2-14-2001:
        After "of any business with the intent to" delete ":" and insert " interfere with the employees, customers, personnel, or operations of a business through any conduct that does not constitute an offense listed under Subsection (2). A violation of this Subsection (1) is guilty of a class A misdemeanor."

2.    Page 4, Line 100
    House Committee Amendments 2-14-2001:
        Before "(a)" insert:
         "(2) A person is guilty of commercial terrorism if he enters or remains unlawfully on the premises of any business with the intent to interfere with the employees, customers, personnel, or operations of a business and also with the intent to:"

3.    Page 4, Line 105
    House Committee Amendments 2-14-2001:
        After "person;" insert "or"

4.    Page 4, Line 106
    House Committee Amendments 2-14-2001:
        After "felony" delete "; or" and insert "."

5.    Page 4, Line 107

        Delete Lines 107 and 108 entirely.

        Delete "(2) A person who violates Subsection (1)(f) is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor." and then insert "(3)"

        After "any" delete "other"
