Representative Biskupski proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 5, Lines 140-141:    Delete ", based upon information provided by the insurer,"

2.    Page 5, Line 142:    After line 142 insert "In making its determination, the division may consider an insurer's estimate of damages."

3.    Page 6, Lines 163-165
    House Committee
    Amendments 2-22-2001:    Delete ": (a) the information an insurer shall provide to the division; and (b)" and delete "required information" and insert "insurer's estimate of damages"
