Senator Bramble proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 11, Lines 307-308:    Delete Lines 307-308 and after Line 308 insert:
        "(31)(a) For purposes of Subsection (30) and Section 59-12-103, "telephone service" means a two-way transmission:
        (i) by:
        (A) wire;
        (B) radio;
        (C) lightwave; or
        (D) other electromagnetic means; and
        (ii) of one or more of the following:
        (A) a sign;
        (B) a signal;
        (C) writing;
        (D) an image;
        (E) sound;
        (F) a message;
        (G) data; or
        (H) other information of any nature.
        (b) "Telephone service" includes:
        (i) cellular telephone service;
        (ii) private communications service; or
        (iii) automated digital telephone answering service."

2.    Page 11, Line 309:    Delete "(31)" and insert "(32)"

3.    Page 11, Line 314:    Delete "(32)" and insert "(33)"

4.    Page 11, Line 319:    Delete "(33)" and insert "(34)"

5.    Page 11, Line 320:    Delete "(32)" and insert "(33)"

6.    Page 11, Line 321:    Delete "(34)" and insert "(35)"
