TUITION ASSISTANCE APPROPRIATION

6 This act creates an ongoing appropriation of $200,000 for tuition assistance at institutions
7 of higher education for members of the National Guard.
8 This act enacts uncodified material.
9 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
10 Section 1. Appropriation.
11 Subject to future budget constraints, there is appropriated from the Uniform School Fund
12 for fiscal year 2002-03, $200,000 to the Utah National Guard, as an ongoing appropriation, to be
13 used for postsecondary education tuition assistance for active members of the National Guard in
14 accordance with Section 39-1-63 .
