MOTION: Rep. Hansen moved to approve the minutes of the January 22, 2002 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Adair, Rep. Bradshaw, Rep. D. Clark, Rep. S. Clark, Rep. Curtis, Rep. Duckworth, Rep. Hatch, and Rep. King absent for the vote.
H.B. 191 Predatory Mortgage Lending (Paul Ray)

MOTION: Rep. Adair moved to amend the substitute bill as follows:

MOTION: Rep. Morgan moved to amend the substitute bill as follows:
1. Page 3, Line 64: After line 64 insert "(4) An insurer that uses erroneous information shall be liable for civil damages."
2. Page 3, Line 65: Delete "(4)" and insert "(5)"

MOTION: Rep. Bradshaw moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Curtis and Rep. Hatch absent for the vote.
