MOTION: Rep. Hendrickson moved to approve the minutes of the January 25, 2002 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Bigelow, Rep. Bradshaw, Rep. Duckworth, Rep. Lockhart, and Rep. Clark absent for the vote.

Rep. Beck introduced H.B. 71 and explained it to the committee.
