MOTION: Rep. Bush moved to approve the minutes of the February 25, 2002 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep.Bradshaw, Rep. Duckworth, Rep. Hansen, and Rep. Lockhart absent for the vote.
H.B. 351 Election Process Amendments (G. Curtis)
Rep. Curtis introduced H.B. 351 and explained it to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Bowman moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Bradshaw and Rep. Lockhart absent for the vote.
H.B. 323 State Fleet Operations Amendments (G. Adair)
Rep. Adair introduced H.B. 323 and explained it to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. Lockhart moved to return the bill to the Rules Committee with the recommendation it be referred to interim study. The motion passed with Rep. Jones voting in opposition to the motion.
