Vice Chair Throckmorton called the meeting to order at 3:45 p.m.

MOTION:     Rep. Ray moved to approve the minutes of the January 22, 2002 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Bowman, Rep. Seitz, and Rep. Winn, absent for the vote.

MOTION:     Rep. Wallace moved to adopt the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 30:                After "Subsection 2" delete "(a)"

The motion passed unanimously.


MOTION:    Rep. Beck moved to pass the amended bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Seitz absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Pace moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Seitz absent for the vote.
