The meeting was called to order by Chair Hogue at 3:56 p.m.

Motion:    Rep. Murray moved to approve the minutes of January 31, 2002. The motion passed unanimously with a vote of 7-0-4, with Reps. Allen, Clark, Peterson and Ure absent for the vote.


H.B. 241    County Health Departments - Operational Structure (K. Garn)

H.B. 241 was not discussed.


H.B. 126    Annexations Involving Townships (C. Duckworth)

Motion:    Rep. Cox moved to delete in title and body H.B. 126 and to replace it with 1st Substitute H.B. 126. The motion passed unanimously with a vote of 7-0-4, with Reps. Becker, Cox, Fife, Hogue, Murray, Shurtliff and Young voting yes, and Reps. Allen, Clark, Peterson and Ure absent for the vote.
