Chair Siddoway called the meeting to order at 8:05 a.m.

MOTION:    Representative Beshear moved to approve the minutes of the February 5, 2002 committee meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

Explained the bill:            Representative Holdaway
                                David Winder, Executive Director - Community and Economic Development
                        Robert Fuehr, Community and Economic Development

Chair Siddoway relinquished the chair to Vice-Chair Newbold.

Spoke in support of the bill:        Dean Reeder, Director - Utah Travel Council



MOTION:    
Representative Saunders moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Representative Saunders moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

Vice-Chair Newbold adjourned the meeting at 8:55 a.m.
