DIVISION OF CORPORATIONS AMENDMENT
2003 GENERAL SESSION

This act modifies the Uniform Commercial Code by deleting a provision requiring the
Division of Corporations to annually report to the Administrative Rules Review
Committee regarding the operation of the filing office.
This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
REPEALS:
70A-9a-527, as enacted by Chapter 252, Laws of Utah 2000
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Repealer.
This act repeals:
Section 70A-9a-527, Duty to report.
