Rep. Bryson called the meeting to order at 9:07 a.m.
MOTION: Rep. Dunnigan moved to approve the minutes of the February 13, 2003 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Buttars, Rep. S. Clark, Rep. Ferry, and Rep. Hansen absent for the vote.
S.B. 86 Prohibition of Automatic Renewal of Service Contracts (M. Waddoups)
Sen. Waddoups explained the bill with the assistance of Shanna Werner, Alarm Administration, Salt Lake City Police Department.
MOTION: Rep. Hansen moved to amend the bill as follows:
