Rep. Hansen introduced H.B. 21 and explained it to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. Bigelow moved to amend the bill as follows:

MOTION: Rep. Pace moved to amend the bill as follows:
Page 2, Line 36: Delete 5% and insert 10%
The substitute motion to amend failed with Rep. Bush, Rep. McGee, Rep. Pace, and Rep Ferrin voting in favor of the motion. Rep. Bigelow and Rep. Hendrickson were absent for the vote.
The motion to pass the bill out favorably passed with Rep. Pace voting in opposition and Rep. Bigelow and Rep. Hendrickson absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Bush moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Bigelow and Rep. Hendrickson absent for the vote. The meeting adjourned at 4.42 p.m.
