MOTION: Rep. Aagard moved to approve the minutes of the January 28, 2003 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Bigelow, Rep. Bowman, Rep. Hansen, and Rep. McGee absent for the vote.
H.B. 224 State Records Committee - Membership Amendments (J. Dunnigan)
Rep. Dunnigan introduced H.B. 224 and explained it to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Bush moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Bigelow, Rep. Bowman, Rep. Hansen, and Rep. McGee absent for the vote.

S.B. 14 Governor's Office of Planning and Budget Recodification and Revisions (R. Allen)

1. Page 29, Line 895: After "conferred upon" insert "state" and after "instrumentalities of" insert "the" and after "state or" delete "local governments" and insert "political subdivisions"
2. Page 33, Line 994: After "conferred upon" insert "state"
3. Page 33, Line 995: After "instrumentalities of" insert "the" and after "state or" delete "local governments" and insert "political subdivisions"
