Rep. Hutchings called the meeting to order at 2:08 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Aagard moved to approve the minutes of the February 13, 2003 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Bigelow, Rep. Hansen, Rep. Hendrickson, and Rep. Newbold absent for the vote.


H.B. 255    Registering for Primary Elections (S. Allen)

Rep. Allen introduced H.B. 255 and explained it to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Bowman moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Bigelow, Rep. Hendrickson, and Rep. Newbold absent for the vote.


H.J.R. 1    Executive Appropriation Committee Process Amendments (J. Ferrin)

Rep. Ferrin introduced H.J.R. 1 and explained it to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Bush moved to pass the resolution out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Bigelow and Rep. Bowman absent for the vote.
